MED-Call

THE DAILY MEDICATION REMINDER SERVICE
OFFERED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH
 HEARTS OF JOY SENIOR CARE INC.

MED-Call is a totally automated medication reminder system offered exclusively through Hearts of Joy Senior Care Inc.  This telephonic system provides medication reminder calls to you on select days of the week and specific times as predetermined.  The system will make three (3) attempts to reach you at approximately ten (10) minute intervals for each medication reminder call selected.  It will prompt you with a question to which you are required to respond either verbally or through your touch tone phone.  If unsuccessful after three (3) attempts, no message will be left and the system will immediately contact Hearts of Joy Senior Care Inc. both by telephone and email.  An additional call will be placed by a Hearts of Joy Senior Care Inc. staff member to determine if a followup visit will be needed.  In addition to the automated medication reminder calls, you will be provided a caregiver for one (1) hour weekly for a well check and companionship.
