Marc Katz, President and Owner

Marc received his BS in Nursing . He is a committee member for the Governor's Advisory Council on Aging’s Social, Health, & Alzheimer's Committee, the Maricopa Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance (MEAPA), the Area Agency on Aging’s DOVES Program and the Professional Advisory Council for Jobing.com. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors at Evercare Hospice and the Gateway Community College Caregiver Community Board. Marc is a well-regarded expert and speaker on the topics of Fall Prevention for the City of Phoenix and on Home Safety. Marc understands the needs of our clients and their personal caregivers and, as a knowledgeable resource in the community, he connects people to the resources they need including long term care facilities, hospice providers, government and Veteran’s resources and financial planning specialists.

Marc achievements were recognized when he was honored to be the recipient of the “Individual Achievement Award” at the 2007 Dr. R. Alice Drought Caring Spirit Awards by the Area Agency on Aging, Region One.

Mary Redfern, Director of Operations

Mary’s extensive experience includes working with seniors and managing programs in assisted living communities. Her skills enable her to help seniors and/or their family members determine the best approach to helping them achieve their goals of living in their homes for as long as possible.

Arrianne McArthur, Office Manager

Arrianne’s experience managing activity programs in assisted living communities provided her with a valuable understanding of the caregiver-client relationship and the ability to recruit highly talented caregivers and match them with compatible clients.
